Beginning with new employee training and following up with daily jobsite inspections, our employees are constantly trained on safe work practice procedures. Sandra Mora has been with the Mayer Roofing Safety Department since 2003 working closely with the department staff in the scheduling and coordination of employee training programs and class schedules. She monitors the companies workers' compensation claims working closely with our workers' compensation insurance carrier. She established the company's Modified Work program in 2005 which has minimized long term workers' compensation claims. Sandra is certified in CPR/1st Aid, Forklift training and has obtained the OSHA 30-Hour certification.

Jose Luis Sandoval joined the Safety Department in 2003 after working in the field as a roof loader. Jose has worked with Mayer Roofing, Inc. since 1999 and is certified in CPR/1st Aid, Forklift training, and has completed the OSHA 30-Hour certification.
